Number 9, Mitch King. Mitch missed his first season of junior eligibility as a player…but was at the rink most games as a clock boy and timekeeper for the Junior Renegades. In his second season of eligibility 2013-2014, he decided to try out, made the team, and became an instant sniper finishing his rookie season with 19 goals 16 assists for 35 points. He was consistently among the league’s top goalscorer in all his 3 seasons! In his final year 2015-2016, Mitch won the league scoring title with 54 points on 27 goals and 27 assists. He was also awarded MVP and Top Point Getter for the Renegades. A gifted stickhandler and natural scorer, Mitch was named to the Renegades Hall of Fame in 2016 and had 128 points in 3 seasons.
