The Assante CBR Junior Renegades are pleased to announce Blake Fudge as the final selection for #1 of the Ten Best Renegades of the Decade. Blake was the tenth Renegade to be named captain at the start of this season and was a key leader and offensive threat on the 2018-2019 President Cup Championship team as his CBR squad defeated Mount Pearl in an exciting 7-game Finals. In his 2nd season 2017-2018, he finished 2nd in league scoring with 26 goals and 24 assists for 50 points. After 4 seasons with the Renegades, Blake finished his career with 61 goals and 78 assists, 139 points, the most-ever points by a Renegade in 10 years.
He was the Renegade’s 2018-2019 MicroAge Most Valuable Player. On the ice, the captain was a brilliant skater and playmaker, but off the ice, he also led by example, as well, in tirelessly giving back to his community. He rallied his teammates, family, and friends to help raise funds for noble causes and charities.
